To Derby recently with Mrs Longbow to see the excellent (we are told) Museum of the Moon tour at Derby cathedral. Sadly this is a far as we got. The queue seemed to snake all the way round Derby city centre.

Hey ho. Onwards to Derby Museum to see Japanese Ghosts and Demons: Woodblock Prints from the Ashmolean Museum where we were promised—and received—giant spiders, dancing skeletons, winged goblins and hordes of ghostly warriors. And all that without a queue! Fantastic japanese art. It’s on until 26 January 2020.
